| LLE requires a Translation Services Agreement (TSA) be pre-approved by the client. |
| 0 - 500 characters (approx. 100 words) = $9.95 per transaction |
| 501-1,000 characters (approx. 200 words) = $19.95 per transaction |
| 1,001- 1,500 characters (approx. 300 words) = $29.95 per transaction |
| E-mails of more than 1,500 characters (approx. 300+ words) are considered by LLE as a document. Thus, LLE document translation per word fees will apply. Please contact 877 405-8764 x 206 for details. |

- Login with your provided Client ID and Password.
- Fill in required form fields making sure that all information is correct.
- Select one of the provided language options.
- Copy and paste (Ctrl - C to copy) (Ctrl - V to paste) the desired text into the text box provided.
- Click "Submit".
- Monitor your e-mail box for the returned translation.

| LLE will deliver translated e-mails as swiftly as the Internet will allow. LLE does not guarantee specific turn around times for e-mail translations as current e-mail technology and linguist availability must be taken into account. Nevertheless, it is our expectation that in most cases e-mail translations will be delivered within several hours of submission. |
