| Assessments must be scheduled ahead of time, and LLE has a 24-hour cancellation policy - no-shows and late cancellations will result in the client being billed in full. |
| |
| Assessments must be paid for in full upon successful scheduling of the test, unless a blanket agreement has been signed by the client and LLE to allow for monthly billing. |
